Christmas Decor Ideas 2021
Standing in our kitchen the morning after Halloween eating my childrens' Reeses, I always start to ponder what we'll do this year for Christmas.
Will we keep the same tree decor? Change it up a little?
Have I ordered our Christmas pj's yet? ALL THE THINGS :) We typically end up with a few sweet things here & there around the house that we've set out for years. They go in the same place, and the kids get so excited to instruct me as they remember where each thing "goes". I love them and this time of year so much!
Here's a nice list I found on House Beautiful of pretty ideas for some sweet, simple, Christmas decorating joy: https://www.housebeautiful.com/uk/decorate/looks/a37465953/christmas-trends/
Thanksgiving Tablescape Favorites
Everyone has their own version of setting a table, and it definitely sets a mood! We have two (TWO!) drawers full of pretty napkins, placemats, and napkin holders that I'm hoping the little ones are old enough for us to use this year. AKA will they leave them on the table so I can cook or do we have to hide them and set the table at the last minute? :) :) :) Is it just us???
Somehow, by the time the turkey is done, and all the sides are miraculously cooked in the middle and browned enough, everyone is starving and eating random marshmallows and we just EAT! Here's hoping!
